New York, September 9, 2026 - A monumental golden figure rising through the pavement: Bvlgari’s first public art installation in the United States transforms one of the city’s most iconic elevated urban landscapes into an open-air stage for the ongoing dialogue between the Serpenti icon and contemporary art. The installation, auruBOROS - “Urban Memory and Collective Dream”, created by Berlin-based duo Plastique Fantastique, will be presented on the High Line at Little West 12th Street in New York City from September 10 to 20, 2026.
Commissioned by the House of Bvlgari for Serpenti Infinito in New York, auruBOROS is a large-scale temporary installation presented in a public setting: a golden structure composed of spiraling pneumatic rings emerges from beneath The Standard. Part sculpture, part architectural anomaly, it gives visible form to the unseen forces and rhythms concealed beneath the city.
auruBOROS is the latest chapter in the global journey of Serpenti Infinito, which began in Shanghai in 2023 before continuing to Seoul and Mumbai in 2025. Each iteration reimagines the same question for a new city and a new audience: how a single symbol travels, is interpreted, and transforms across different cultures. Artists Marco Canevacci and Yena Young, the creators of Plastique Fantastique, are known for their immersive spatial works that blur the boundary between the built environment and the imagined landscape; here, that instinct is turned toward New York.

Drawing on the alchemical idea of gold as a transformative material, auruBOROS follows the same logic: its surface and scale reflect the dynamism of the city, allowing each visitor who passes through it to experience both the city and themselves from a new perspective. Open from September 10 to 20, the auruBOROS exhibition celebrates the boundless inspiration of the legendary Serpenti icon and the transformative power of art.
At the same time, the city’s artistic legacy is reimagined through the language of Serpenti with new High Jewellery creations, including the world premiere of three new Serpenti Tubogas pieces and an exclusive High-End Accessories evening minaudière, which will be available at selected boutiques in September.

Serpenti Creations
Created to celebrate the Serpenti Infinito New York exhibition, five unique Serpenti High Jewellery masterpieces pay tribute to the artistic heritage of the United States. From painting and sculpture to architecture, each creation translates the vision of America’s most influential artists and artistic movements into the language of Bvlgari High Jewellery.
Echoing the spontaneous gestures of Jackson Pollock’s drip painting technique, the Serpenti Falling Drops High Jewellery necklace transforms colour into movement. A coiled serpent crafted in 18-karat white gold and set with diamonds appears to release a vibrant drop of colour from its mouth, either a 25.76-carat triangular amethyst or a 23.13-carat triangular aquamarine, both removable and interchangeable. Like the artist’s iconic gestures, each gemstone appears to be suspended in free fall.
Inspired by artist Jasper Johns’ celebrated interpretations of the American flag, the Serpenti Flag necklace and bracelet reinterpret his distinctive colour palette in a striking High Jewellery composition. Tanzanite, coral and diamonds capture shades of blue, red and white against 18-karat rose gold, creating a design that is instantly recognisable yet entirely new. The necklace is crowned with an 18.75-carat pear-shaped tanzanite, while the bracelet combines coral elements, a sugarloaf-cut tanzanite, onyx, diamond pavé and a 13.79-carat pear-shaped tanzanite.
The bold geometry and vibrant colour palette of Miami’s Art Deco architecture inspired the Serpenti Ocean Deco High Jewellery necklace. Crafted in 18-karat rose gold, the necklace coils around the neck in the form of a serpent, its head and tail meeting to frame a vivid purplish-pink burst of colour: a 17.98-carat cushion-cut rubellite. Architecture and jewellery artistry come together in a composition defined by contrast, symmetry and movement.
Dedicated to the ascending spiral of New York’s Guggenheim Museum, the Serpenti Helix necklace captures architectural movement through avant-garde High Jewellery craftsmanship. A diamond-set white gold serpent coils around an 18-karat yellow gold Tubogas choker, its sinuous silhouette forming the symbol of infinity. Suspended from its mouth, a removable 5.46-carat pear-shaped Tanzanian spinel adds a vibrant touch of colour and allows the piece to be worn in two different ways.
Presented simultaneously with their global launch, three new Serpenti Tubogas jewellery creations further enrich one of Bvlgari’s most iconic aesthetics. Joining the existing yellow gold necklace and ring, the new designs combine the magnetic allure of Serpentiwith the House’s historic Tubogas craftsmanship, reinterpreted through a contemporary design language. The result is a creation deeply rooted in Maison’s heritage while reflecting its modern vision. The single-coil bracelet wraps around the wrist like a second skin, its flexible spiral elements, crafted without soldering, culminating in a head and tail set with diamond pavé. A pair of Serpenti Tubogas earrings offers a contemporary interpretation of the iconic serpent head, enhanced with diamond pavé, while a curved brooch completes the trio, its fluid silhouette illuminated by pavé-set diamonds. Meticulously handcrafted onyx eyes recreate the unmistakable, hypnotic gaze of Serpenti, further enhancing the creation’s magnetic character. Available worldwide at selected Bvlgari boutiques from September 2026, the three new creations further expand the collection of iconic Serpenti Tubogas designs.
Blurring the boundaries between jewellery, leather goods and objets d’art, the Serpenti minaudière reimagines the iconic serpent head as a striking High-End accessory, once again playing with scale and proportion. Originally created as part of Mary Katrantzou’s first collaboration with BVLGARI in 2021 and inspired by the 1968 Serpenti Harlequin watch, the minaudière celebrates the distinctive features of its namesake. It faithfully recreates the iconic Serpenti scales, either engraved or meticulously hand-enamelled in black and in shades of Smeraldo Prezioso emerald, Feroza Turquoise, Royal Ruby and Flash Diamond, echoing the vibrant palette and exceptional craftsmanship of the original timepiece. Suspended from an elegant Cobra chain, the creation is finished with crystal-set eyes that bring the serpent to life. The concealed clasp draws inspiration from the celebrated Serpenti Misteriosi secret watches of the 1950s, transforming their ingenious hidden mechanism into a refined detail that seamlessly combines functionality with exceptional craftsmanship.
