Four Seasons Hotel Baku officially reopened its iconic Eyvan Terrace with an enchanting evening inspired by the allure of the “Capri Sunset”. The exclusive reopening event brought together media representatives, influencers, frequent guests of the hotel, and partners for an unforgettable summer evening filled with flavor, music, and elegant ambiance.
The terrace was transformed into a Mediterranean-inspired escape, thanks to a creative collaboration with Art Decor Baku, event decoration company, and its visionary founder Hakan. Warm sunset hues, floral installations, and chic Capri-style décor created a stunning backdrop that captured the spirit of the Italian Riviera right in the heart of Baku.
Bringing a distinctive touch to the evening was The Macallan, represented by MasterBlend, the official partner of the event and an icon of excellence in the world of single malt whisky. Guests were welcomed with a curated selection of Macallan Double Cask 12 cocktails, crafted specially for the occasion to complement the event’s Mediterranean atmosphere.
Adding an unexpected and memorable twist, guests also enjoyed artisanal ice cream infused with Macallan — a creative take on a summer classic. One of the standout moments of the evening was an exclusive tasting of The Macallan Harmony Collection, a limited-edition whisky that showcased the brand’s signature depth and character.

Signature creations this year include the refreshing Fly Limoncella (gin, limoncello, lemon juice, sugar syrup), the tropical Eyvan Blossom (Malibu, vodka, lychee puree, pineapple syrup, fresh lemon juice), and The Alchemist (cognac, Tia Maria liqueur, sugar syrup, lemon juice). Cocktail aficionados can also indulge in the Negroni Nocturne experience, featuring four distinct Negroni variations: Classic Negroni, Negroni Sour, Parma Negroni, and Yellow Negroni.
