You know why I love cooking?
It’s so nice to be able to go home after a long day, sometimes in a mood of total uncertainty and one thing you know for sure that if you beat the egg whites well and mix it with Parmesan cheese or any other ingredients, put it into the oven it will rise. Just one of many cooking rules that always works and never lets you down. It’s like a meditation and a very helpful way of stress relief, connect with others and develop creativity. Especially if you have perfect, comfortable kitchen it becomes a double joy. Another huge benefit of cooking your own dishes is managing how much you eat and what you eat. Organic is important for me. Cooking is easier and more fun than you think. You just have to learn to love it, once the dish is done with love, it’s guaranteed to be tasteful.
